With expertise spanning game development and filmmaking, Charred Pictures operates at the intersection of both industries, expanding stories for new audiences while maintaining their core identity.
Beyond game adaptations, the company also champions independent filmmakers and original film projects.
Charred Pictures is currently in production on multiple titles and is committed to building a more authentic model for cross-medium storytelling.

Founder
Alanah Pearce has either been writing video games or writing ABOUT video games for the past 15 years. She began her filmmaking career in 2020 with her first short film, and has since gone on to direct, act in, write, and produce on multiple feature films and series'.
Charred Pictures is her means of finally combining these two industries she loves!
